In addition, you also get a team of experts who take care of essential updates and keep your website safe from attacks without you having to worry about anything.
And if that wasn’t enough, we provide inclusive support each month (to aide with updating pages, adding blogs etc), as well as providing your with key metrics and data to show you how visitors are engaging with your website.
You get all of the above for a single, and very affordable, monthly cost.
How long is a managed website service engagement?
Our managed website service requires a 24-month commitment. After this period your contract moves to a month-to-month arrangement. If for any reason you find you no longer need all the benefits of our managed website service, you are free to transfer and host your website independently.
On a managed website plan, do I own the website?
Absolutely. Once you have paid in full for the initial contract commitment period, the website is 100% yours and you are completely free to take your website and files and host them anywhere you want.
Of course we hope you will stay with us past the initial commitment period so you can continue to enjoy all the wonderful benefits our web design packages come with, including monthly support which will remain in place for as long as you have an active plan with us.
At the 36 month point, we also provide a full re-design of your website at no additional cost.
Who are managed websites suitable for?
Managed websites are available to all businesses, regardless of size or complexity, and you get the same level of service and attention to detail as you would if you bought a custom website through our standard, single project service.

Do you work outside the UK?
Absolutely. Although the vast majority of our clients are UK based brands, we support companies based across Europe and North America.
What does inclusive monthly support look like?
Before even digging into your inclusive monthly support, we provide all theme and plugin updates as standard, so you’ll be delighted to know that won’t eat into your time.
To help understand how hour are used, we keep it simple and work in units. 1 hour = 2 units
For example:
Uploading a blog is 1 unit
A simple style or colour change to a page is 1 unit
Changing or adding new photographs to a page is 2 units
Updating site menus is 1 unit
For any larger tasks (such as changing layout structures or installing new software & integration), we’ll be happy to complete these on an ad-hoc basis. This is at a rate 30% below our standard ad-hoc hourly rate.
Can we purchase additional monthly support in advance?
